Four Weeks Of Wellbeing

December has somehow crept up again and with it comes the usual stresses and strains of dealing with the cold weather, getting ready for Christmas, the additional financial pressures, family and relationship issues, etc.

This year, we'll be running 'Four Weeks Of Wellbeing' - a daily social media campaign designed to arm you with the tools to enhance your wellbeing this festive season. 

The campaign kicks off on 1 December and will consist of the following four themed weeks of wellbeing tips and information: 

Week 1: Understanding stress (1-7 December)
Week 2: Mindfulness (8-14 December)
Week 3: Relaxation (15-21 December)
Week 4: Planning for change (22-28 December)
