Zara holds an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in Psychological Therapy in Primary Care from the University of Dundee. She also holds a BSc in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University and a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills from the University of Glasgow.
Zara is a full member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is also a registered member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

Zara's background and training
Zara has professional experience across a range of NHS mental health settings, including Primary Care Mental Health Services, NHS 24 and CAMHS.
