Rachael is a compassionate therapist who integrates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness-based approaches and elements of Compassion Focussed therapy to support each client's mental wellbeing and personal growth. She offers information and support around mental health difficulties and facilitates techniques and resources that promote healthy coping and overall wellbeing. Rachael has extensive experience as a therapist and group worker, facilitating weekly counselling sessions and co-facilitating psychoeducational groups.
