Emma's way of working
Emma is an empathetic and non-judgmental practitioner who adapts her approach to suit the individual needs and preferences of each client. Where helpful, she supplements her core approach of Person-Centred Therapy with elements from a number of other therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
Emma’s background and training
Emma has experience in a variety of supportive roles, including working as a trainee health psychologist and as a learning & development designer for the UK government.
Emma holds an MA in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Aberdeen. She is currently working towards a doctorate in Health Psychology at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Emma's fee
