Relaxation
Relaxation is very important in helping the body deal with the anxieties and stresses of life. There are two types of relaxation: immobile relaxation and physical relaxation. Immobile techniques are things like meditation, which involve sitting or lying and concentrating on breathing. Physical relaxation involves light exercise and an activity, such as gardening, walking, swimming, tai chi, painting, etc - the idea is that becoming absorbed will occupy the mind and provide some relief from stressors.
