Performance development & coaching for organisations & businesses
We have a range of bespoke performance development and coaching services for businesses and organisations.
Our performance development programmes are designed to support the acquisition and development of specific skills by individuals or teams. These programmes are delivered on a one-to-one basis (or group basis if appropriate) over one or a short series of sessions and designed to enhance capabilities such as:

- anger/stress management

- confidence building.
We also offer executive coaching services on a one-to-one basis to help those in leadership positions manage the complex challenges they face in contemporary organisation and business domains. We are particularly skilled in working with leaders whose roles have a strong 'human interface', and whose performance can often be significantly advanced through coaching with a Chartered Psychologist.
In addition, we offer coach supervision to those working in coaching roles in organisation and businesses.
