This may include focusing on one type of therapy only or may include a range of approaches.
Picking a therapist
All our therapists are qualified and experienced professionals. However, it is important you feel comfortable with the therapist / practitioner you see, which is why we have provided detailed information about everyone. If, for example, you particularly wish to see a male or female therapist or you want a specific type of therapy, please check out our practitioner profiles and be sure to let us know when you call or email us. If you decide after your first session that you'd rather work with a different therapist, please do let your therapist know. He or she will not be offended.
